Frequently Asked Questions

When and where is training?
Training is out-door year round. March-November training is held at Gesher JDS in Fairfax City. Gated private access to the field.
December-March, training is held at Draper Drive Park and Fairfax High school in Fairfax City. Sessions are held on weekends year round, weekdays are only during the summer (exceptions can be made).
Is scheduling flexible? Can I choose which Coach to work with?
Yes for one on one sessions. 1:1 sessions can be scheduled in our customer portal after you purchase a 1:1 trianing plan based on our availability, which ranges between 8-16 hours of availabiliuty per coach, per weekend. While in our customer portal and in the scheduling system, you can filter availability by staff member to book sessions with your favorite PK coach!
Group sessions are static and happen at the same time every week, for Spring 2026 (April - May), they're held either 11am-12pm or 12-1pm on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
I just bought a bundle, now what?
Well first, thank you and welcome! You'll receive an confirmation email asking you to complete the player registration: that will take you to the customer portal where you can schedule sessions and access our SET video training program.
What is the SET Video Training Program?
It's 34 videos going over how to perform the actions/movements of a variety of goalkeeper technical skills including: agility movements, warmups, positioning, handling/catching, diving, shot stopping, aerials, crosses, punching, goalkicks, throwing, side volleys, and 1v1s! Currently, $50 will get you 1 year access to the program. We update it every year with new video content to keep relevent with the evoloving game of soccer and the GK position.
Can I start and stop group sessions?
Yes, they're pop in and out sessions. Meaning you can come in one week, and skip the next. Up to you. They're a good way to experience what training with us is like. However, unlike 1:1 sessions, you cannot book your own time in our scheduling system, they're on pre-set weekend hours. Group sessions are spots are limited and we max them to groups of 4 to maximize player development without minimizing coach to player interaction time.
Do you have mid-week sessions or is it only weekends?
Currently, our 1:1 and group sessions are on weekends. We will add mid-week availability beginning June 2026 including morning, afternoon and evening hours.
